In the La Table d’Eglantine webshop you can pay with all major international payment cards. All goods are sold under the second-hand VAT scheme, and the buyer can thus not deduct purchase VAT for these goods.

We make a lot out of the packaging and do our utmost to ensure that the item is not damaged during transport. However, be aware of whether the package has suffered damage. If the package shows clear signs of damage do not receive the item. 

Freight damage
Must be reported to the postal company immediately upon receipt, as damages that have not been reported upon receipt will be difficult to obtain compensation for

According to these schemes, the recipient must contact the courir service themself and document losses. Damaged packaging must be photo-documented and presented on request.

Return policy

La Table d'Eglantine sells French vintage and unique old things and therefore the basic rule is also that you buy the item as obsessed. Items you buy and which are delivered by a transport company, you have the opportunity to return within 14 days provided that they are returned in the same condition as you received them. Upon return, you must pay for the transport yourself. If you want to return your item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at hi@latabledeglantine.com.
